The 1:1 training sessions were extremely helpful in getting my bookkeeping on track from my previous system and learning the best ways to operate the software. I found I relied on these sessions for the first few months, especially when doing reconciliations at month end. I found it helpful to be able to save up my questions and then have Ronaldo help me and show me the steps one at a time. Ronaldo is not only extremely helpful, but he is also patient and kind.
